UDITracker is quite user-friendly, we were able to confidently work with the system within the first 30 minutes of the roll-out. Of course, it helped that there were features that are similar to the previous program we were using. The RN’s were unanimous in declaring that the transition was much easier than expected.  Some needed only a little under ten minutes of coaching and were able to work on their own afterwards. The UDITracker menu options are easy to work with, and the compact design makes “surfing” a breeze. The tech support is tops – could not be any better.

Our facility used to manually track all bone and tissue products; GraftTracker has allowed us to get rid of all manual paper documentation, eliminating storage issues and missing data. The program is easy to use and even employees with limited computer skills can navigate the program from receipt to case entry. The tech support personnel have been terrific; the company set up conference calls to answer all of our questions and concerns. The installation was pain free as the training representative personally sat with multiple personnel and walked them thru the entire system until they felt comfortable. The system keeps online records of vendor licenses (AATB, state licensure, FDA, etc), temperature storage requirements and expiration dates are color coded to allow personnel to easily view tissue that will soon expire. Graft Tracker listened to our comments and suggestions regarding the program and the most recent upgrades addressed our suggestions that not only improve the system for our facility, but for other facilities as well. Graft Tracker has not only saved us time but the program ensures a thorough digital trail of our entire inventory of bones and tissues. I would not hesitate to recommend this program to any hospital or surgery center that is looking for a better and more efficient way to track bones and tissues as well as provide documentation from receipt to implant.

We have had GraftTracker® in place here at Texoma Medical Center for several months. The difference is amazing. This new software has allowed us to easily document our compliance with Joint Commission tissue banking regulations.
