One of the best selling points for GraftTracker® is the excellent telephone support you provide. You are always consistent, timely, friendly and professional. I think it’s the people behind the software that make a product what it is today. There’s nothing more frustrating than not being able to get good support! Also, I think GraftTracker® is very reasonable (financially speaking) and is relatively easy and user-friendly. 
GraftTracker® has been great. The interface between Picis, our O.R. system, and GraftTracker® is up and running. The interface populates the case entry fields from procedures that used tissue. Thanks for the great service.
We were in need of a tissue tracking system that was fool proof and GraftTracker® has worked out great. It is very easy for staff members to log in items as they are being used so no data is lost or not recorded. I also thought it might be a difficult project to manage but the people at GRAFTTRACKER® MADE IT VERY EASY. We are very pleased.
What I like best about GraftTracker® is the ease of implementation, the customer support, the easy to read screens, and the ability to run reports. The company has provided compliance to Joint Commission Standards and has made accessibility to available inventory just a matter of a couple of key strokes.
The best thing I love about GraftTracker® is that I can easily search for any bone and tissue using a lot # if I have it, or by the patient medical record number. It has made my life easier in regards to tracking bone and tissue for this facility. I look forward to hopefully utilizing the non bone and tissue program as well.
Since our go-live date 12/2009, UDITracker has been a user friendly software tool to help our hospital track, use and manage tissues and implants. All menus are easy to maneuver around in. I am looking forward to other enhancements in the software as time goes by. When we need help with anything, we have been given prompt and courteous customer service.
